Accelerate your career growth
Should I stay or should I go?
Thinking about your next career move—or how to grow where you are? Join us on Wednesday 16 July at the Pavilion, City Club, London, for an evening tailored to Saïd Business School MBA and MFE alumni (2019–2024 cohorts). Aimed at those in the early stages of their post-graduation careers, the event brings together alumni from all industries to explore what’s next and how to build lasting momentum.
The evening will open with a panel discussion on how to accelerate your career—whether by progressing within your current organisation or exploring new opportunities. Facilitated by Alumni Career Coach Anna Hewitt and James Nugent, Director of Career Development at Oxford Saïd, this session will offer practical strategies for building momentum in the years following graduation.
After the discussion, you'll have the chance to connect with fellow alumni, recruiters, and search firms including True Search, Duchesse Recruitment, and Korn Ferry, among others. It’s a valuable opportunity to strengthen your network, explore current hiring trends, and reflect on your next steps in a supportive, career-focused setting.
Career coaching
Your career path will evolve over time, so don't forget that we continue to support you with continuous coaching.
Career coaching can provide significant benefits at various stages of your professional journey by helping you gain clarity, direction, and confidence in making career decisions. You have access to career coaching throughout your journey, whether you're exploring new areas or advancing into leadership roles, with a personalised approach to suit your needs.
Facing career obstacles is common, and a coaching session can help generate new ideas and reframe challenges, providing a way forward. One of the most valuable aspects of career coaching is the accountability it offers—you can check in regularly to ensure progress and stay on track toward your goals.
From practical application support to big-picture career visioning, personal branding, and networking, our coaching adapts to your specific needs.
