Ways to engage

On campus
Engaging with our student population on campus remains our most popular strategy when hiring. Our students are able to assist in your business through these methods.
- Company presentations – this gives you the chance to provide more of a business insight and make your excellent career opportunities available
- Networking sessions – give you the chance to speak one to one with students and for them to get to know you
- Case studies – some clients like to test some of the students thinking and skills by setting a case study on a project or particular scenario they might encounter in day-to-day working life at the business
- One to one coffee chats – these are useful if you have reviewed the CV book prior to arrival. We can schedule a time for you to speak one on one with students who you feel have the experience/ background you would be looking for
- Oxford networking lunches or dinners – this can be put together if you have a small group of students you would like to engage with (again looking at the CV book would give you an idea of who you might like to invite)
